Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of medium-to-high complexity platform features.
Collaborate independently with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.

Platform Administration & Security Governance:

Own day-to-day advanced administrative functions including user access architecture and role hierarchies.
Enforce system security parameters and data validation rules to protect institutional data privacy.

System Maintenance, Optimization & Quality Assurance:

Conduct scheduled application maintenance and performance cleanup tasks.
Ensure all configuration changes undergo rigorous UAT and regression testing.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Integration Management:

Monitor and maintain middleware/iPaaS platforms.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to isolate root causes and implement fixes.
