System Administration & Governance:

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute patches.
• Perform data audits, manage data migrations, and enforce data hygiene.
• Configure roles, permissions, and access controls for security and compliance.

Automation & Solution Design:

• Partner with leadership on AI initiatives like Salesforce Einstein to automate tasks.
• Automate cross-functional workflows using Salesforce Flow and align with stakeholders.
• Oversee sandbox environments and manage the development lifecycle.

User Support, Training & Documentation:

• Serve as first-line support for user-reported issues and system errors.
• Develop training materials and comprehensive system documentation.
• Manage communication of platform changes to end-users.
