Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role:

• Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own and operate our core Salesforce platform.
• This is an IT-owned platform role, not a Sales Ops or RevOps function.
• You will be the principal owner of platform configuration, security, and third-party integrations.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end administration of Abnormal's core Salesforce platform.
• Design, build, and maintain custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL).
• Own the integration layer between Salesforce and third-party tools and AppExchange packages.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce security best practices.

Must Have Skills:

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience owning third-party integrations and AppExchange packages.
• Experience with sandbox management, change sets or DevOps deployment tooling.
