WorkWave is seeking a talented Application Consultant to support the implementation of our software and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for providing high quality professional services consultancy services to customers, achieving operational outcomes, and maintaining a positive customer experience. In this role, you will proactively support customers and become an expert of WorkWave’s products and services.

Design, code, and document software in C#, .NET and Typescript/Javascript; collaborate with other engineers, UI/UX designers, quality analysts and product managers; implement best patterns and practices of object-oriented design, and contribute to code reviews to foster innovation.

Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients leveraging expertise in commercial services to identify opportunities that align with client needs. Build relationships and grow the WorkWave brand through territory management, targeted prospect outreach, Executive C level account management. Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on business objectives.
