As a Partner Operations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in optimizing the partner program's effectiveness and efficiency. Your role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the program based on partner feedback and industry trends.
Support the development of Partner-focused content by writing and producing Partner-facing content aligned with our product roadmap and communication plan. Tailor messaging to different partner segments and tiers, and recommend engaging content formats such as video scripts, email copy, social posts, or TikToks. Collaborate with design, multimedia, and marketing teams to bring your content to life.
The Marketing Intern will plan and track post-launch Partner enablement activities for new and existing product offerings, maintain a centralized communications tracking spreadsheet, coordinate across teams to align messaging, support logistics planning, and participate in weekly team meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to keep plans on track.
