Design complex B2B workflows and make them feel intuitive, fast, and “obviously correct” for enterprise users.
Push interaction design for our purpose-built whiteboards/canvases: object models, editing states, affordances, spatial navigation, consistency, edge cases, and scalability.
Oversee day-to-day operations of certification programs, ensuring smooth delivery and administration.
Collaborate with external SMEs to develop, review, and validate certification materials including exams blueprints and assessments.
Maintain content quality and accuracy through rigorous review processes and update existing certification materials to reflect current industry practices.
