About the Role:
- You will be the go-to expert for employee benefits and equity compensation in a high-growth environment.
- You’ll lead the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, including UARs and RSUs.
How You Will Achieve Success:
- Administer and analyze US benefits and equity programs with accuracy and a focus on compliance.
- Reconcile monthly invoices, trace discrepancies to root cause, and partner with Payroll for correct deductions.
- Build dashboards and support audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews.
What Experiences Will Help You:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, plus hands-on experience with HRIS and enrollment systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex data and deadlines.
