Overview:

- This role leads product compliance for HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and other consumer-directed benefits.
What You'll Do:
- Design and enhance the Product Compliance program, including policies, procedures, and AI-enabled tools.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex compliance inquiries and regulatory appeals.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and corrective action planning.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or finance, preferably in healthcare or financial services.
- Deep expertise in employee benefits compliance frameworks like COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence outcomes and coach others.
