About the Role:
- Supports and strengthens the Compliance program, providing advisory support to business stakeholders.
- Independently performs compliance investigations and assists with auditing and monitoring activities.
- Advances policy governance and development, translating regulations into practical guidance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience.
- 3+ years conducting compliance reviews and investigations.
- Strong communication skills and experience with HIPAA, CMS, and OIG compliance guidance.
