About the role:
- Ensure business practices align with governmental requirements and contractual obligations.
- Research regulatory matters, evaluate complex situations, and strengthen compliance policies.
- Contribute to reporting, metrics, and compliance initiatives that support sound business decisions.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Research compliance questions and regulatory issues, assess impacts, and recommend changes.
- Analyze complex compliance situations and data to determine appropriate approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree a plus.
- At least 2 years of compliance experience, with knowledge of CMS and Department of Insurance regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, performance-based bonus.
