Senior Compliance Analyst

Role Overview:

• The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for drafting and filing policy forms, including benefit designs, schedules, and general provisions.
• This role also reviews advertising/marketing materials to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines.

What You Will Do:

• Independently draft policy forms reflecting underwriting intent and consistent with regulatory requirements and current market standards.
• Manage complex product projects for assigned lines of business, collaborating with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Actuarial.
• Review and assess regulatory changes, including statutes, regulations, bulletins, and industry trends.

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• 6+ years of equivalent work experience in the insurance industry, ideally with direct exposure to A&H product lines.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations.
