Ethena is looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Compliance to join their Legal team. This role involves developing an effective compliance program, ensuring products and services comply with laws, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. This position requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence through public speaking, social media, and content creation.

Lead and execute Aledade’s Commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans, negotiating value-based care contracts with health plans and other purchasers for their Commercially insured members. The VP will actively promote a culture that aligns with Aledade and team values, and will coach and mentor other team members.
