Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (e.g., unrelated business income tax, indirect taxes) for OHSU and its subsidiaries.
  • Administer international tax compliance for nonresident aliens, including visa documentation, tax treaty analysis, and Form 1042/1042-S preparation.
  • Support regulatory compliance by preparing reports for agencies like the U.S. Census Bureau and Department of Labor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax-related field with 5+ years of experience in federal and multi-state tax compliance.
  • Knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and internal controls; proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to interpret regulations and guide stakeholders.
