The Director of Tax will lead all aspects of the company’s tax function, including compliance, reporting, planning, and risk management, responsible for developing a scalable tax strategy that aligns with our growth and financial objectives. This role ensures compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, and drives process excellence, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other business teams to provide proactive tax guidance and operational support.

In this role, you will focus specifically on Plaid’s US and worldwide indirect tax matters, enjoying a fast-paced environment and being a proactive problem solver who wants to contribute to the success of the company. You will strive to be an integral part of a growing, multi-national company, will learn and grow constantly, and be supported in all steps of the process by the team and leadership.
