Accountabilities:

  • Own the preparation, processing, and timely filing of federal, state, and local payroll tax returns and payments for U.S. and U.K. operations.
  • Audit payroll tax accounts, investigate discrepancies, resolve tax notices, and prepare amendments as required.
  • Maintain Powers of Attorney, online tax agency accounts, and administer garnishment orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of payroll tax compliance experience, including tax filing, auditing, notice resolution, and amendment processing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Payroll, TaxEx, and U.S./U.K. payroll tax regulations.
