About the Role:
- You will administer Honor’s health and welfare, 401(k), wellness, and leave programs.
- You will lead the annual open enrollment process, including vendor coordination and employee communications.
- You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA.
Qualifications:
- You bring 5+ years of multi-state benefits administration experience including health/welfare and 401(k).
- You have 3+ years experience with leave administration and worker’s compensation.
- You possess advanced Excel and data analysis skills for audits and reconciliations.
