Role Overview:
- Senior individual contributor owning benefits delivery, optimization, and evolution.
- Report to the Chief of Staff in the CPO's Office and shape global benefits philosophy.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee full administration of US health benefits, enrollments, COBRA, and employee escalations.
- Manage benefits ticket intake, vendor performance, and continuous process improvement.
- Design global benefits education, well-being programs, and intuitive employee experiences.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive US benefits administration and operations experience.
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) operations.
- Strong vendor, stakeholder, and data analysis skills with a builder mindset.
