Benefits Strategy and Design:

• Develop a global benefits strategy aligned with company goals and values.
• Benchmark benefits practices across industries and geographies to ensure competitiveness.
• Propose enhancements based on market trends, cost-effectiveness, and employee needs.

Program Implementation and Management:

• Oversee the implementation of health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and perks.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, and payroll to ensure seamless administration and compliance.
• Monitor program performance, utilization, and employee satisfaction.

Mergers and Acquisitions:

• Lead benefits due diligence for M&A, identifying plan, compliance, cost, and employee-impact considerations.
• Develop integration strategies and timelines, and support a seamless employee experience.
• Assess acquired benefit programs and recommend harmonization approaches.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and consultants.
• Create and execute RFPs and negotiate contracts, service levels, and performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging benefit solutions.
