Develop simulation models, sim framework, and tools in support of project needs. Manage customer requests involving simulation capabilities and also drive the integration of external simulation tools. Maintain a simulation framework and related models to support development and evaluation of concepts and prototypes.
Guide the implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of Eleos across our Commercial customer segment. As the primary post-sale point of contact, ensure customers onboard effectively, achieve measurable value, and maintain long-term, successful partnerships. Monitor usage patterns and customer health to proactively identify risks or opportunities.
Lead the design, prototyping, and evaluation of Northbeam’s products. Interface directly with clients to understand their needs. Work alongside a cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and iterate on each project.
