You will play a critical frontline role ensuring care delivery remains seamless, responsive, and compassionate. You’ll handle real-time staffing coordination, same-day scheduling changes, and urgent communication between clients, families, and Care Pros.

As a Care Solutions Consultant, you’ll guide families and clients through their first conversations about in-home, non-medical care, using your customer service and sales skills. You’ll connect with potential clients primarily by phone, but also at times through email, chat, and text to understand their needs and explain how Home Instead can help them age well at home. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where success is measured by your ability to engage with clients, build trust quickly.

We are looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager who can develop and execute a consistent staffing strategy that supports exceptional experiences for both our Clients and Care Pros (caregivers). This role is at the heart of our mission—balancing the needs of clients and the wellbeing of Care Pros through thoughtful staffing, strong relationships, and close collaboration with the Client Manager.

As an MBA Intern at Honor, you’ll own a 10–12 week, full-time project that drives measurable business results. You’ll work cross-functionally to analyze complex problems, develop and test solutions, and translate learnings into scaled improvements. This position is remote (U.S.-based), with an in-person opportunity to connect with peers, company leaders, and your intern cohort.
