About the Role:

  • Help protect the Home Instead brand and support franchise owners.
  • Confirm compliance with minimum standards and the franchise agreement.
  • Maintain and support the evolution of standards-related processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational and financial standards review through remote desktop review and quality assurance visits.
  • Make recommendations to franchise owners regarding best practice to mitigate risk to their businesses.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of standards and best practices.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or an Associates degree and 2+ years of business experience.
  • Ability to establish working relationships through trust and accountability.
  • Demonstrate integrity, sound-judgment and decision making skills.
