Position Summary:
- AGIL serves data center clients through integrated equipment, service, parts, and aftermarket solutions.
- The Parts General Manager will build AGIL's nationwide Parts business from the ground up.
- This entrepreneurial leader will create a scalable national platform for mission-critical data center operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy, business plan, value proposition, and operating model for profitable national Parts business.
- Build national sales capability and executive relationships with data center owners and operators.
- Design and lead national operating model including order processing, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and customer support.
Qualifications:
- Significant leadership experience in HVAC parts, industrial distribution, mission-critical infrastructure, or data centers.
- Demonstrated success building, launching, scaling, or transforming a multi-functional parts or distribution operation.
- Strong P&L leadership with broad knowledge of sales, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and customer service.
