Staff Business Operations Project Manager

About the Role:

• This role owns execution of senior-level operational projects spanning hardware, logistics, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• You will work with limited direction, managing complex projects with meaningful business impact.
• You'll maintain project plans, forecasts, and provide leadership visibility into various initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own execution of complex operational projects including hardware logistics, infrastructure readiness, and procurement.
• Manage global logistics operations, including international shipments and asset lifecycle tracking.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and financial tracking, and lead Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing IT or business operations projects in a production enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
