Senior Product Manager - Logistics & Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic vision and leadership to our largest and most complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous, escalated, and cross-functional challenges with sound judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Project Managers, developers, stakeholders, and leaders across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with Fulfillment Center and Operations teams to translate warehouse/logistics workflows into product requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of product experience with a track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Experience defining and running A/B tests and experiments (e.g., Amplitude) and establishing project KPIs.
