Technical Program Manager IV

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic marketing technology initiatives.
• Drive roadmap operationalization by translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans and milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience managing complex cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of overall project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, analytics, or data-driven product organizations.
• Background working with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, or Decision Science teams.
