• Convert approved quotes and specifications into accurate customer orders and purchase orders.
• Maintain organized project folders containing POs, acknowledgments, submittals, approvals, and change orders.
• Communicate with manufacturers, reps, and vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping.

Manage all aspects of domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with global regulations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics systems and processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the supply chain. Provide exceptional support to customer management teams by promptly resolving logistics issues and implementing preventative measures.

The Sourcing Coordinator will work across various departments to establish sourcing solutions for some of Xometry’s most complex orders, striving to provide exceptional service for both customers and partners in a fast-paced environment. They will identify and implement solutions for challenging orders, collaborate with internal teams and Xometry’s partner network, and develop recovery plans for each order.
