Senior Success Operations Associate

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Merchant Success teams on B2B matters, prioritizing tasks and resolving risks.
• Coordinate outbound shipments by liaising with operations and carriers, ensuring timely pickups and accurate documentation.
• Maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers and escalate urgent issues while focusing on positive merchant experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in operations or customer success; logistics or account management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with inventory, order management, and shipping processes preferred.
