Senior Product Manager, AI Agents

About WorkHero:

• Tens of thousands of small HVAC contractors are drowning in administrative work, and WorkHero changes that with agentic AI and human-in-the-loop operations.
• The platform autonomously handles back-office workflows like invoicing, permits, and rebates, helping contractors grow profitable businesses.

The Role:

• You'll be an early product hire working alongside the founding PM, owning the AI agents that are the core of the product.
• This is a senior individual-contributor role where you go deep on one or two agent experiences end to end.

What You'll Own:

• Own the roadmap for your product area, from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Translate messy user needs into concrete AI behaviors and workflows.
• Define success metrics and build evals and instrumentation to prove it's working.
