About the Role:
- Drive the product strategy for autonomous agents from discovery through delivery.
- Define success metrics and benchmark programs for agentic AI capabilities.
- Run planning cadence including quarterly inputs, monthly scope lock, and weekly execution reviews.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree with 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
- Deep understanding of conversational AI and agentic systems including LLM reasoning and tool calling.
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-surface product areas delivered to enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building AI agent products at a conversational AI platform company.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI function calling.
- Background in regulated environments and progressive delivery disciplines.
