What you will do:
- Own the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap and prioritize improvements to agent specs, orchestration workflows, reusable prompts, and the eval harnesses.
- Extend the Agentic SDLC framework into PS delivery and partner with PS leadership to embed agentic workflows into implementation projects.
- Productize the Clariti AI harness for non-technical teams by shipping and maintaining the connector layer, skill library, and onboarding paths.
What do you bring to the team?
- 5+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, or applied AI roles with at least 1-2 years shipping LLM/agentic systems.
- Hands-on fluency with agent frameworks (Claude Code, LangGraph) and MCP protocols.
- Platform mindset and ability to measure success on other teams' throughput.
