You translate client needs into concrete demands on the agents.

What You'll Do:

Deep dive with customer teams to understand their processes and decide where to plug in agents.
Own and deeply understand the customer need behind each agent and convert it into clear requirements.
Garden agents against that need by watching for recurring gaps and quality drift.

You are a systems thinker who understands how work flows and where agents genuinely help.
You are hands-on with agents, prototyping and testing against real runs.
You live on the frontier of agents with real intuition for LLMs.
