Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

• Build agent products at the frontier of AI, owning new product development end-to-end from customer discovery to quality feedback loops.
• Shape how Runway Agents help customers grow their businesses through iterative releases and deep understanding of creative workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Represent the customer by developing deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent engagement and synthesis.
• Lead agent development with user interviews, competitive research, and prompt experimentation to create novel product offerings.
• Own agent quality by building eval infrastructure, monitoring regressions, and ensuring continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

• 8+ years in software industry with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products, including tool use, planning loops, and multi-step reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to make sharp arguments and tell compelling launch stories.
