About the role:
- You will join an internal product team building AI agents and infrastructure that change how work gets done across a growing company.
- You will help turn advances in AI into practical systems that handle complex workflows.
- You will support collaboration between people and agents.
What you'll do:
- Build and ship internal AI agents that can contribute code, maintain company knowledge, and complete workflows end to end.
- Own context architecture by defining sources of truth and keeping documentation aligned with how the company operates.
- Design integrations and MCP services that let agents work with internal tools.
What we're looking for:
- Five to 15 years of experience as a product manager or founder building B2B software products.
- A track record of launching technical B2B SaaS or AI products, ideally with startup experience.
- Strong product judgment, a first-principles approach, and a hands-on builder mindset.
Compensation & benefits:
- Annual salary range: USD 175,000 to USD 275,000.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
