Ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Runway while fostering long-term partnerships, you will drive that growth by thinking from first principles, navigating ambiguity, and turning complex technical challenges into customer success stories that reshape entire industries.

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive, Customers Base to help build and scale our sales engine. You’ll own renewals and expansions and work closely with GTM leadership, founders, and product to shape how we engage with customers. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love thinking like a buyer, and want to sell a product that solves real pain for modern finance teams, this is the role for you.

Identify new prospective customers and own the commercial process from initial engagement to contract signing. Develop innovative applications for our software and experiment within customer conversations. Craft compelling stories that articulate the value and potential of our technology to businesses. Foster relationships with key decision-makers and innovators to partner on deploying and growing usage of Runway throughout their organization.

As a highly-motivated senior IC, you will work with some of Runway’s biggest and most strategic partners, being central to our partners’ success in adopting Runway to transform the ways they create content. You will own and maintain strong relationships with top partners, understand their pain points, and develop a deep understanding of Runway's products to improve the product experience for our partners.

Be the founding member of our New Business team to identify and support companies deploying Runway in novel ways. You will conceptualize and validate high-potential use cases in untapped markets and work closely across several teams at Runway. Research and identify high potential verticals and customer segments where our technology can solve significant problems and unlock new possibilities.
