The Fraud Analyst is responsible for identifying and preventing fraud within the Digital Banking department by using various systems and models. The Analyst reviews new customer accounts, transactions, and other data for compliance with banking regulations and bank policy and to identify issues and trends that require action. The hours for this role are 12pm - 8:30pm EST.
The Manager/Senior Manager, Customer Service Center, Digital Banking is responsible for the success and development of team members within the Customer Service Center through effective leadership. This position maintains high standards of service and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
