Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consult and/or collaborate with project team, training leadership, and business leaders on potential learning solution and performance support design and strategy.
- Propose learning solution / performance support design and strategy and revise based on feedback.
- Gather or create necessary content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate learning organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field or equivalent business experience.
- Excellent performance consulting skills.
- Excellent facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to relate to people who have a variety of learning and general professional styles.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling and proper grammar.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
