Learning Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Consult and/or collaborate with project team, training leadership, and business leaders on potential learning solution and performance support design and strategy.
• Propose learning solution / performance support design and strategy and revise based on feedback.
• Gather or create necessary content.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate learning organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field or equivalent business experience.
• Excellent performance consulting skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to relate to people who have a variety of learning and general professional styles.

Skills:

• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling and proper grammar.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
