The Assistant Director is a key member of the Countrywide Auto Product Team within Personal Insurance. This position is responsible for understanding everything that impacts top and bottom line results, research and analysis of root causes, identifying opportunities and enhancements that will improve performance/results, and sharing conclusions and recommendations with leadership.

A Centralized Case Opener in the Claims Legal Operations team is responsible for initiating legal matters in the Passport system based on referrals received through the ECOS platform. This role ensures timely and accurate case setup, compliance with documentation standards, and coordination with legal and claims staff.
