This role involves setting the learning strategy for Customer Operations, designing learning solutions, & leading the administrative aspects of our LMS system.

The Course Production Coordinator ensures timely processing of new and updated projects on the production schedule, overseeing course-build, QA, and compliance considerations while maintaining knowledge of platform functionality. They collaborate with teams to deliver courses on time, meeting regulatory requirements and perform technical QA.

The eLearning Course Developer plays a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of educational and training eLearning courses for both internal and external purposes. Develop engaging learning artifacts including asynchronous eLearning training and education courses, instructional videos, and job aids. Provide direct support to the instructional designer to design and develop effective learning experiences.
