Manager, L&C Instructional Design

As the Manager, L&C Instructional Design, you will lead a team of instructional designers focused on creating customer-facing and internal learning content. You'll build and evolve a comprehensive instructional design strategy that aligns with product launches, enablement goals, and customer education needs. You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of Smartsheet University’s instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning curriculum. The role supports internal learning programs and establishes standards and best practices for instructional design and content development. The position ensures deliverables meet deadlines, accessibility guidelines, and brand standards.
