As the Manager, L&C Instructional Design, you will lead a team of instructional designers supporting both customer and internal education initiatives. Your team will develop learning experiences that span self-paced eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and enablement materials for employees. You will partner cross-functionally to support initiatives that help customers and internal stakeholders realize the full value of Smartsheet.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for employees across the organization, focusing on instructional design and Learning Management System (LMS) administration to support employee development, onboarding, compliance, and career growth initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training content is effective, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
The eLearning Course Developer plays a crucial role in creating and enhancing educational and training eLearning courses for internal and external purposes. The role develops a variety of engaging learning artifacts including asynchronous eLearning training and education courses, instructional videos, and job aids, and provides direct support to the instructional designer.
