Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for employees across the organization. This role focuses on instructional design and Learning Management System (LMS) administration to support employee development, onboarding, compliance, and career growth initiatives. The Instructional Designer collaborates with stakeholders to ensure training content is effective, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
Expected Duties include: working with the Employee Training and Development Partner to conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and appropriate training design, developing storyboards and scripts for computer-based learning content, and designing instructional materials, including instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments. The designer will manage courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
