Design and deliver engaging learning experiences focused on functional onboarding and skill development, and emerging needs domestically and in our international markets. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, business partners, and program managers to bring learning to life in ways that are practical, relevant, and aligned to business impact. Apply instructional design best practices and Robinhood’s learning standards to create scalable, high-impact solutions.

Design, develop, and evaluate high-impact learning solutions that drive performance and close skill gaps across the organization. Requires expertise in instructional systems design, adult learning theory, and the ability to create both instructor-led and digital learning experiences tailored to a diverse audience. Conduct needs assessments and design interactive, visually appealing learning experiences.
