Instructional Designer

Position Description:

• You will design and deliver compelling online training programs that simplify complex technical and compliance topics.
• You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate regulatory content into engaging learning experiences.
• You bring entry-level to mid-level experience in instructional design and eLearning development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build interactive online training courses, microcontent training, and promotional videos for compliance topics.
• Assist with multimedia production including audio, video, and image editing.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or multimedia training production.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
