Instructional Design Lead

About the Role:

• You will own the architecture of Syllo Academy, including LMS infrastructure, curriculum standards, and certification programs.
• You will serve as the operational and creative backbone of the training department, ensuring quality across all content.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the LMS, content production pipeline, and certification exams to validate client proficiency.
• Establish design standards and templates that govern all training output.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content current as product releases ship.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency with LMS administration and multimedia production tools like Camtasia or Articulate.
• Experience developing assessments, certifications, and learning analytics dashboards.
