Support the scaling of IDC’s Learning Engineering and Solutions team during a critical period of enterprise transformation.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and scaling of enablement content, while also supporting operational improvements.
Strengthen content organization, repository management, and overall learning platform hygiene.

What You'll Do:

Design, build, and maintain reusable templates and style standards for core production tools.
Execute assigned production tasks to support creation and update of enablement content.
Perform content cleanup and maintenance activities, and support backlog reduction through ticketed updates.

What You Bring:

1–3 years of experience in instructional design or training content development.
Proficiency in template design using tools like Canva, and familiarity with video editing tools like Camtasia.
Working knowledge of AI tools for training and content development, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Synthesia.
