Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create solutions.
- Instructional design expertise: Design and develop engaging training materials using methodologies and AI.
- Training delivery: Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, leveraging technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years experience in instructional design.
- 2+ years experience with Articulate 360 suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and understanding of AI and e-learning.
