- Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate 360, video, and AI-based tools.
- Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences for real-world application.
- Conduct quality assurance and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools: Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite.
