Instructional Designer

Role Overview:

• The Instructional Designer will create engaging and effective learning experiences that help employees build skills and achieve business objectives.
• This role combines instructional strategy, content development, and collaboration with subject matter experts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, workshops, and blended learning programs using structured methodologies.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development principles to create learning experiences aligned with measurable objectives.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience designing learning solutions.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
