What You'll Do:
- Design engaging instructor-led and digital learning experiences for teachers, family advocates, coaches, and program leadership.
- Develop professional learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and eLearning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define instructional goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field and five years of instructional design experience.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline (required) and Adobe Captivate (preferred).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and ability to manage multiple learning projects.
