About the Role:

  • Lead the Learning Experience Design team to set strategy and quality bar for design, build, and delivery of learning experiences and sales content.
  • Develop execution plans and manage intake and prioritization of learning and content requests across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Measure program effectiveness using data and iterate based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement peers to translate skill gaps into structured curricula and content.
  • Establish standards for instructional design, content development, and learning technology.
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles while scaling globally.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in L&D, instructional design, or sales enablement, with 3+ years managing a team.
  • Strong people leadership skills and experience with Articulate, Absorb, Showpad, Jira, and AI tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to translate complex concepts into engaging learning content.
