Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver modern learning experiences using adult learning principles, microlearning strategies, and instructional design best practices.
  • Translate complex technical and product knowledge into clear, actionable enablement content for sales and technical teams.
  • Build and maintain scalable learning programs including onboarding, certifications, playbooks, assessments, and ongoing training libraries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or sales enablement content development.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, cloud, or software environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver technical or product-focused enablement content.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $126,100 to $210,100 depending on location and experience.
