Senior Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centered experiences across multiple formats.
• Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate L&D.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and familiarity with generative AI tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
